Just like many others, I wanted to start off 2021 on the right foot and get/stay healthy in my mind, body and soul. I don't really do resolutions, but there are definitely a few goals I have set out for myself that I am aiming to accomplish daily. One of those goals is to make time for myself and not to feel bad about it. As a mother, I have come to realize that you cannot pour from an empty cup and putting yourself first is a necessity to be able to care and be there for others. So, this year I really want to focus on prioritizing myself and my health.

With that in mind, I came across my friend Madisen's post about a 14 day Yoga flow program she was offering for $14...FOURTEEN FREAKING DOLLARS!! I was ALL in and so glad that I made that choice for myself. 14 flows in 14 days. Various times offered each day with the option of watching the playback if you couldn't make a flow. The program did not disappoint and I'm so happy and ready for the next one. BRING IT ON!

Check out a couple of the flows from the first program....

Flow Find 2.0 starts TOMORROW, Saturday January 30th @ 9:30am. The Schedule for the classes are posted below so you know what to look forward to. Madisen does an extremely good job at providing such a wide variety of classes and pushes you to your own limits and guides you to listen to your own body. From slow moving flows, holds, power, yoga with wine and even meditation, she really does give you EVERYTHING you can think of.

This time around, she is offering 21 Flows for $21+...yes, you read that right! Jump on it NOW!!! Trust me you won't regret it. Even if you can't make all the live times for the classes, you have a full month to use the replay option and catch up. I'm so excited and hope you will join me. Today is the last day to sign up for Flow Find 2.0 so, what are you waiting for...SIGN UP NOW!!!

Head over to www.madizenyoga.com

and I'll see you tomorrow morning!
